Precision Scale 15060 70 ton quad hopper offset side. Car is custom painted for MKT. Paint job is ok but shows signs off use and has small paint chips. Also has had part of a ballast load glued inside. Car is complete with trucks and couplers. Comes with a Precision Scale box and foam but not the original. No longer available
