NJ Custom Brass DE-124 Union Pacific Coal Turbine. Road number 80. This model was produced in 1978. This model appears to have never been run and was probably only out for display. The PA unit is powered but doesn’t run very well as the grease is probably dried up. The turbine unit doesn’t run well either probably because of the same situation. The paint job on the other hand is very nicely done. There is no window glazing or lights. Couplers are provided and the attaching screws are on the models. The box is in pretty good condition for its age but the original foam has been discarded and new foam has been made to fit. If you plan to run, the gear boxes will need to be taken apart and fresh lube applied. Not available
